The Kids

Jimmy, my sister, my brother and my sister-in-law met in downtown Mobile to get a picture of all the kids. We didn't have high expectations for getting a good shot of 9 kids ranging in age from 6 months to 10 years. The girls get so excited when they spend time with Connor and only add to Connor's already "very active personality." The outcome was looking grim from the moment we arrived in Bienville Square. Connor started playing with a dog while I was changing Parker's diaper. Jimmy managed to pull Connor away, but not before the dog had jumped on him and gotten muddy paw prints on his collar. Then, we started arranging everyone for the pictures when Connor started chasing the pigeons and squirrels. Finally, my sister used her parenting expertise (she is Mommy to 4 of the kids) to force Connor to get in place and stand still for the pictures. He doesn't look happy, but at least he's not a blur in the photos.
