My niece, Katelyn (or as Connor likes to call her, "Katie-Lauren" -- he combines her name with her oldest sister, Lauren), turned 6 a couple of days before we left to return to Del Rio. We celebrated at MY favorite fast food restaurant, Chick-fil-a.
