Parker started sitting up on his own while we were visiting family in Mobile. The first time I noticed was when I left him alone on the floor while I was packing the car. When I left the room he was on his tummy. When I returned, he was sitting up.
I wish he would spend more time on his stomach. I worry about him falling over on the ceramic tile. Jimmy brought down one of our baby gates from the attic so that we can contain Parker to the bedroom where there is carpet and plenty of toys.
