Parker's Baptism

We had Parker baptized at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Mobile, AL on February 25. The same priest who married me and Jimmy also officiated the baptismal ceremony. The weather man had predicted an 80% chance of rain, but we were fortunate to have enjoyed much better weather than had been expected.

Following the ceremony, Connor, a few of my nieces and cousins gathered for a few very cute pictures. It took a lot of coordination and cooperation to get a picture that included Connor.

Later that evening, we celebrated my Dad's 59th birthday at a local steakhouse. Thanks, Dad, for taking us all out to Dinner on your birthday. We had a great time. Here is the only photo I managed to snap of most of my parent's grandchildren. Only Parker and my nephew, Christian, were missing. They had both fallen asleep by the end of dinner.

We were fortunate that the kids behaved very well considering that it took about 2 hours before we were served. It was after 9 PM before we left the restaurant.
