The hunt is on

We visited Del Rio to begin hunting for a home. The first day was a little frustrating because we did not see much of anything that we liked. But, the next day, Jimmy and decided to venture out without our real estate agent and were amazed at what we found. Below, I've posted photos of the house we're the most fond of at this point. It has all the features we're looking for--garden tub and separate shower in master bath, ceramic tile counter tops in the kitchen and baths, open floor plan, two-car garage, and ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and formal areas. We don't like the ceramic tiles in the bedrooms but think we can put carpet in later or maybe find nice rugs. The yard is not landsacped and the privacy fence is not complete, but we're willing to negotiate. We're hoping to make a decision on the house by the end of the week. We want to get more information on the house across the street (you can catch a glimpse of it from one of the pictures below) before we finalize our decision.
